UH Football Player Jumps to New Heights!
2006 Kauai High
Graduate, Jett Jasper, worked out 3 times a week with Coach Jack from June 2006
to January 2007. His goal: to make the UH Football Team by becoming
faster, stronger and more flexible. Part of his training involved "plyometrics"
to increase his ankle strength and his jump height. Jett made the team and
in May 2007, Jett came home for a week before he started summer programs at UH.
He came back for 3 more workouts with Jack. The photo shows the 48" stack
of mats that he jumped, landing on his feet, during his latest plyometrics
exercise. ******* Tots Have Fun in Our Parent & Tots Classes!
